State of Ohio Vendors License is required if merchandise or services are sold on premises.

*Premium booths are located in the first quadrant of the show space and other high visibility areas.
**A $50 administrative fee will be added to all applications received after March 8, 2008.

Each booth includes:

ID Sign - a standard company identification sign, 7" x 44".
Security - 24-hour exhibit hall security.
Pipe and Drape - 8' draped back wall and 3' high draped side rails plus a skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket.
Two guaranteed seats to the seminar of your choice
Pre-show marketing including personalized buyer invitations. Send us the names of your top customers and we will send them personalized show invitations via email on your behalf.
Four (4) badges for every 100 square feet of Exhibit space. Additional badges available. See exhibitor badges form.
Electricity, phone lines and internet access can be purchased at additional costs. Services are provided by Global Expo Services.*

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made less than three (3) months prior to the show will be assessed an administrative fee of 50% of the booth fee paid by the exhibitor. Cancellation requests made within 30 days of the show will be assessed an administrative fee of 100% of the booth fee paid by the exhibitor. Balances paid after published due dates on contracts will be asses a $50 late fee.
