*Premium booths are located in the first quadrant of the show space and other high visibility areas.
**A $50 administrative fee will be added to all applications received after March 8, 2008.
Each booth includes:
- ID Sign - a standard company identification sign, 7" x 44".
- Security - 24-hour exhibit hall security.
- Pipe and Drape - 8' draped back wall and 3' high draped side rails plus a skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket.
- Two guaranteed seats to the seminar of your choice
- Pre-show marketing including personalized buyer invitations. Send us the names of your top customers and we will send them personalized show invitations via email on your behalf.
- Four (4) badges for every 100 square feet of Exhibit space. Additional badges available. See exhibitor badges form.
- Electricity, phone lines and internet access can be purchased at additional costs. Services are provided by Global Expo Services.*
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made less than three (3) months prior to the show will be
assessed an administrative fee of 50% of the booth fee paid by the exhibitor. Cancellation
requests made within 30 days of the show will be assessed an administrative fee
of 100% of the booth fee paid by the exhibitor. Balances paid after published due
dates on contracts will be asses a $50 late fee.
