Insurance Information
Show management does not accept responsibility for injury to person, loss of, or damage
to products, exhibits, equipment or decorations by fire, accident, theft, or any other
cause while in the building or on the grounds of the Duke Energy Center. Exhibitors agree
to this clause as part of the exhibitor space agreement.
All exhibitors are required to send a statement of their company insurance coverage
(minimum $1,000,000 limit of liability) to show management
at least 30 days prior to the show.
This coverage must identify Stout and Gallant Associates (show management company) and the
Duke Energy Center and the City of Cincinnati as co-insured for the duration of the show, including move-in
and move-outs periods of April 9-14, 2008.
The certificates of insurance must be received from your insurance company
prior
to moving into the show.

Fire Regulations
All decorating material must be constructed of flameproof material or treated
with an approved fire retardant solution. Spot testing may be performed by
the City of Cincinnati Fire Marshall.
Please contact show management if your exhibit is more than two stories tall.
All exits and aisles are to be kept clear and unobstructed at all times.
Storage of any kind behind the back drapes, display walls or inside display areas is prohibited.
All cartons, crates, containers and packing materials that are not necessary
for re-packing must be removed from the show floor. The Duke Energy Center
inspects all booths to ensure compliance. Crates and packing materials may not be stored in the Duke Energy Center.
Please contact show management if you have special needs. Please limit giveaways and brochures in the booth to a one-day supply.
Automobiles and other motorized vehicles utilizing flammable fuels
which are placed on display in the Duke Energy Center shall have no
more than ¼ tank of fuel and the battery shall be disconnected.
Plastic or carpeting must be placed under the vehicle in the event of any possible leakage.
The use of liquefied petroleum fuel is strictly prohibited except for demonstration
purposes when previously approved by the Duke Energy Center. Please contact
